How much does it cost?
Monthly bookkeeping starts at $200 based on your average monthly expenses. Catch-up work and other services are priced by the project. We'll give you an exact number after learning about your business.
My books are years behind. Can you fix them?
Yes. This is one of the things we do most. Whether you're six months behind or several years behind, we'll clean everything up and get your books current so you and your CPA can move forward.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. It's month-to-month. If it's not working out, you can cancel anytime.
How do I send you documents?
We'll set you up with a secure way to share files. You can also email them directly. We'll walk you through the whole process when you get started.
Do we need to meet in person?
Not required. Most clients work with us remotely. If you're in the Jacksonville area and prefer to meet face to face, we can do that too.
What software do you use?
We work in QuickBooks Online and it's our preferred platform. We also use QBO Payroll and support many third-party apps that connect to QBO. If you're currently on different software, we can usually work with it or help you move over to QuickBooks Online.
What do I need to do each month?
Make sure we have access to your bank feeds and send over any receipts or documents we ask for. That's about it. We handle the rest.
Do you handle payroll?
We offer payroll system setup and training through QBO Payroll. We'll configure everything, walk you through how to run it, and make sure you're comfortable managing it on your own. Starts at $300.
Do you file taxes?
We don't file income taxes, but we get your books clean and ready so your CPA has everything they need at tax time. We do handle 1099 preparation and sales tax filing.
How quickly will you respond?
Same day. You're working directly with Shawn, and he makes it a point to respond within the business day. That goes for calls, texts, and emails.
How soon can you start?
Usually within a few days. If your books need catch-up work, we start there. If everything is current, we move straight into monthly service.
What if I don't have QuickBooks set up yet?
We'll handle it. Our QBO setup and training service starts at $400. We configure your account, connect your bank feeds, and teach you how to use it.
